Many people always write to complain about service etc. I wanted to take this opportunity to commend your employees at your warehouse in Buena Park, CA. They were very courteous and helpful from the time I arrived and gave the customer service woman my pickup order to the two men who helped my son and I load a couch and a loveseat in my truck. I went to three furniture stores. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help. No one got out of their chair. I came into Easy Life Furniture and Brandon greeted me with a handshake and asked me if he could help me. When I told him what I was looking for...furniture for a vacation rental...he said, "Come and see this set, I thought of it immediately when you said, 'vacation', I thought, 'beach'! I had been watching the ads for a few weeks, and had been talking to Joe Garcia, the manager at Cerritos, about different items on the ads I got in the mail. I was picking his brain about leather and the different kinds of fabric on your sofas. He was straight up and honest, which was so nice, and very accommodating. When I decided to go into the Cerritos store, Diana was our salesperson. I went in with my family and grandchildren. Joe and Diana gave us our time to go through the showroom trying out all your different couches, and let the children test out the kid's furniture. The layout was comfortable, and everyone was very pleasant and gave us really good service. Our delivery went well. The delivery people were professional and courteous. From start to finish, we have had a great experience. I have already recommended Easylife to friends and family.

I second that comment below. Took my son and his friends-the group was about 3 seven yr olds and we had a blast at the kids event. In this economy a fun day like that, which is free, is very appreciated. The child safety kit was something new for us and totally great!

Hello. When I came in to purchase my sofa/loveseat on May 17th and was told it wouldn't come in until late June, I was fine with it. However, the next weekend I received a phone call saying the item was in and it would be delivered on Wednesday, May 27th. The time frame would be from 3pm - 6pm and I received a phone call at 3pm informing me that the delivery would be arriving in 45 mins - 1 hr. The delivery staff arrived at 3:47 pm. I was impressed. Both were courteous and helpful. One even gave me a suggestion on where to put the sofas, which I appreciate. They both took care of guiding the sofas so that it wouldn't be damaged due to the small doorway. I was not able to get both of their names but I'd give them a 10 out of 10. I am very pleased with my experience with Easy Life. I had heard alot about Living Spaces but I chose to purchase my items at your store. Family and friends who have seen my bonded leather sofas asked where I bought them and for how much. They were surprised at the bargain I got. I would definitely inform people of your store. We were OVERJOYED!!! At the same time, two days later my parents had a delivery from you guys as well (they bought couches around the same time as I did) they too had a very pleasurable experience with the store and delivery.
